All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact vinadi@vinadi.com.
Potential delays due to a high volume or orders or postal service problems will be communicated through email updates.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vinadi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time of you order, please contact us at vinadi@vinadi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return Policy
If you would like to return any of your orders, please contact us for an authorization with your order number at vinadi@vinadi.com.
All items are valid for return within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All sale items are a final sale and are not eligible for returns.
